Gaidar Institute Press Takes Part in the Non/fictio№19 Book Fair
Gaidar Institute Press took part in the 19th International Book Fair for high-quality fiction and non-fiction (see Non/fictio№19), held 29 November – 3 December 2017 at the Central House of Artists in Moscow (10 Krymsky Val).
The following books were placed on the TOP LIST:
Adult Literature
• Adam Tooze. Deluge: The Great War and the Remaking of Global Order, 1916–1931;
• Pierre Bourdieu. Homo Academicus.
Russian Revolution Series
• Mau, V. A. Revolutions: The Mechanisms, Prerequisites and Consequences of Radical Social Transformations;
• Sheila Fitzpatrick. The Russian Revolution.
This year, the book fair was participated by over 300 major and small-sized publishers, book distributors and cultural institutions from 23 countries all over the globe. The countries spotlighted in the booth displays and during business events were Argentina, Belgium, the UK, Hungary, Germany, Israel, Iran, Spain, Italy, China, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Russia, Serbia, the USA, Ukraine, France, Czech Republic, Estonia, South Korea, Japan.
