The key world-wide risks are: panic buying, which can lead to temporary shortages; a decrease in allocations from donors to the poorest countries; the threat to population movement (including migrant workers), limiting the mobility of resources for agriculture and finished products; a high probability of restrictions on economic activity and, as a result, a decline in income, jeopardizing economic access to food.
