Title:  Review of Regulatory Documents As Regards Taxation Issues in March-April 2013 
Abstract:  Economy of Russia in April 2013 was more clearly demonstrating stagnation. In this regard, the lack of funds was aggravated and as a result, federal agencies are again searching for resources, which is gradually shifting from the proposals on the use of public reserves for investment purposes (the position of Ministry of Economic Development of Russia) to the search of new sources of budget replenishment (Russian Ministry of Finance position). Last month, the economic situation was discussed at many representative meetings of the government.
