Title: INFLATION AND MONETARY POLICY IN April 2013 
Abstract: In April 2013 the consumer price index made 0.5% (versus 0.3% in April 2012), which is by 0.2 p.p. higher than in March of this year. In May inflation was also growing: in the 20 days of the month the CPI reached 0.4%. As a result, the inflation rate in annual terms has exceeded 7.2%. In Q1 2013, according to the tentative estimates of the Bank of Russia, the net outflow of capital from the country amounted to $25.8bn, which is by $7.8bn less than in 2012
