Title:  RUSSIA’S BANKING SECTOR IN Q3 2013
Abstract:  In Q3 2013, the banking sector faced a shortage of customer resources. The major source of liabilities became refinancing on the part of the Bank of Russia and MinFin’s deposits. Meanwhile, by results of the lending market’s performance in Q3, it was for the first ti me this year that lending to corporate borrowers consumed volume of resources greater than loans to individuals.
