Title:  RUSSIA’S BANKING SECTOR IN OCTOBER 2013
Abstract:  Growth rate in banks’ assets in October 2013 was accelerated with the resources of the Bank of Russia and the Ministry of Finance of Russia. Credit portfolio’s quality has deteriorated in both the retail and corporate segments of the lending market. Banking business keeps losing its cost-effectiveness.
