As the latest data on migration processes in Russia have not yet been refl ected the official statistics released by the Federal Migration Service of Russia (FMS of Russia) and the Russian State Statistics Service (Rosstat), our analysis of these processes is based mainly on the statements on this issue recently made by public offi cials in the mass media.
