At the present time, the urge to boost the processes of import substitution has been largely determined by the necessity to compensate for the negative consequences of the newly emerged geopolitical and economic risks, and not by the desire to create adequate preconditions for developing favorable institutional conditions, ensuring macroeconomic stability and reducing the dependence on fluctuations of the external economic situation.
