This trend was also apparent in 2011. Among the factors behind this trend was also the fact that not only the state sector and universities, but also the private sector of the economy began to be increasingly interested in the Program. Over the course of five years since the launch of the Program, the average age of R&D personnel engaged in R&D within the framework of the Program has dropped by more than 3% on 2007.
