Abstract: In January-July 2021, the banking sector’s profit hit the record-high of Rb1.4 trillion on the back of a pickup in lending volumes and simultaneous reduction in loan-loss provisions. Growth in revenues from commission operations owing to increased income from settlement and cash services and intermediary services on the financial market had a positive impact on the consolidated financial result.
