Despite the pandemic challenging situation, respondents note a slight increase in wages and salaries; the share of those working remotely from home is still high for Russia; the number of unemployed explaining job loss due to the pandemic remains relatively low. However, there are no signs of a noticeable recovery compared to the September monitoring wave. Rather, this can refer to adaptation to the prevailing external circumstances.
