Abstract: The increase in demand evidenced in March 2021 allows Russian industrial enterprises to hire personnel and maintain the output growth. Sales forecasts, the output and hiring plans continue to gain optimism, giving the reason to hope that the upward trend will continue in Q2 2021. However, inflationary expectations are also high in the Russian industry.
