Abstract: In 2023, Russia continued to provide economic and humanitarian aid to the poorest countries of the world. Below is an overview of the main trends of Russia’s aid to international development (IDA) based on open sources of information. In the course of monitoring, a trend evidencing the transition to bilateral development assistance programs in accordance with the new priorities of the updated IDA Concept in 2023 was recorded.
