Alexei Vedev Addressed the Conference of the Association of Computer and IT Companies
On 31 October, within the frameworks of the annual conference meeting of the Association of Computer and Information Technology Companies (ACITC) , one of the most representative non-profit associations of the IT industry in Russia, Alexei Vedev, Leading Researcher of the Financial Studies Department delivered a report on the key risks of the social and economic development of the Russian Federation in the mid-term prospect and touched upon the challenges related to development of the digital economy in Russia.
The conference was attended by owners and top managers of leading Russian and foreign IT companies, as well as heads of analytical companies and state entities that may influence the conduct of business.
Participants in the conference discussed the initial results of the IT-year, challenges and trends in the IT business in Russia, creation of conditions for development thereof, availability of the required personnel and growth in companies’ capitalization.
