NEE Foundation

General information

The Foundation New Economic Education (NEE) is a non-profit institution registered as Foundation in the organizational/legal form (Foundation hereunder). The Foundation was established in 2000 by the Institute for the Economy in Transition Foundation (legal successor is the Foundation of the Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy).
The main purpose of the Foundation is to conduct activities aimed at implementation of non-commercial projects in the field of secondary, higher and additional education, support and scientific research, dissemination and popularization of economic knowledge and other charitable purposes.  
The supreme governing body of the Foundation is the Board of Trustees. Sergey V. Prikhodko, Sergey G. Sinelnikov-Murylev, Alexander D. Radygin were appointed as authorized representatives of the founder in the Foundation Board of Trustees.
Alexander Yu. Knobel, Director of the Foundation, performs management of the current activities.
