Commissions on tips may start to be charged, but so far in Russia there is no regulation on the distribution of these amounts, including on platforms, Maria Girich, researcher at the International Best Practices Analysis Department of the Gaidar Institute told the ТАSS news agency.

Within the frameworks of the Monitoring of Legal Regulation of Digital Economy, researchers at the International Best Practices Analysis Department of the Gaidar Institute have revealed that many countries are tightening control over foreign AI systems. The experts shared the findings of their study with the ТАSS news agency.

Researchers from the Gaidar Institute’s Monetary Policy Department in the article published in the «Monitoring of Russia’s Economic Outlook» showed that the growth of consumer prices slowed down in the last two months after a sharp increase in November. The most significant contribution to inflation at the beginning of the year was made by rising prices for fish, alcohol, electronics and foreign cars. The findings of the survey were published by TASS.

Annual inflation in Russia will slow down to 9.2% in Q3 and to 8% in Q4 2025. Such forecast is given in the «Monitoring of Russia’s Economic Outlook», which was conducted by researchers of the Monetary Policy Department at the Gaidar Institute, TASS reported.
