Ilya Sokolov, Leading Researcher of the Budget Policy Department, will moderate a panel discussion with the aim to consider approaches towards organization of raise awareness activities on budget matters, information about public finances which present major interest for population, and the potential most efficient technologies for the improvement of budget literacy.
