Natalia Kornienko Participates in the Discussion of Tobacco Product Regulation
On 25 October, Head of the Tax System Department of the Gaidar Institute Natalia Kornienko took part in the roundtable Effective Tobacco Product Regulation organized by the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry at Ulaanbaatar City.
The expert delivered a report that addressed the issue of effectiveness of the suggested changes in regulatory norms and their 
impact on retailers, consumers and the government.
