Stepan Zemtsov addressed the international conference “Geography and challenges of the XXI century”
On June 6, Stepan Zemtsov, Senior Researcher of the Innovation Economics Department of the Gaidar Institute, delivered a presentation “New Technologies, Potential Unemployment and Nescience Economy in the Russian Regions” at the workshop “Geography of innovation and technological challenges” in the course of international conference “Geography and challenges of the XXI century”.
The conference was held under the auspices of International Geographical Union (IGU) and dedicated to a centennial of the Institute of Geography, Russian Academy of sciences.
