Alexei Vedev Has Become “The Best Financial Analyst” Prize Winner

Alexei Vedev, Director of the Structural Research Center of the Gaidar Institute has been awarded the annual international sectorial prize "The Banking Business" in category: "The Best Financial Analyst".

The 8th solemn prize-giving ceremony took place in Moscow on May 30, 2012.

The Banking Business Prize is an annual professional prize in banking established for the purpose of upgrading the image of regional banks and the banking sector in Russia and promotion of interregional cooperation and industry standards. The prize is awarded to regional, federal and foreign banks whose activities had a significant effect on development of the banking sector and securing of economic stability of Russia.

The prize was established by the Banking Business magazine, the Agentstvo Informbank mediagroup, the Bezuprechny Bankovsky Biznes certification system, the Kapitalist club with support of the Association of Regional Banks, the Association of Russian Banks, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the European Economic Chamber of Trade, Commerce and Industry (EEIG, Brussels) and the Moscow International Business Association.
