Alexey Vedev: There is a High Probability for Crisis

In 2008, during a visit to the London School of Economics, the Queen of Great Britain asked the question to economists: "Why did nobody foresee the crisis?" There were pessimists among macroeconomists, but no one believed their forecasts. Based on bitter experience, the Ministry of Economic Development has decided to develop its own system of early warning of economic risks. Is it possible to predict the crisis approach?
