Arseniy Mamedov: Cutting financing of the regions leads to a “budget default” by some of the constituent territories of Russia
On November 13, Arseniy Mamedov, Head of Budget Policy Department at Gaidar Institute, attended a regular meeting of the FBK Economic Club, discussing the draft budget of the Russian Federation for 2015-2017 that was submitted to the State Duma and adopted in the first reading.
