Expert and analytical services for a wide-range analysis of delivered goods, works done, rendered services in the field of information and communication technologies in terms of their compliance with terms and conditions of contracts

According to the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "On the Contract System in Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services to Meet State and Municipal Needs", the project focused on examining delivered goods, results of work done, service rendered, as well as expert evaluation f individual stages of the state contract execution, in order to improve the quality of the results of the state contracts execution related to the creation, development and operation of information systems and other, including technical, components of information and communication technology infrastructure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Project’s implementation envisaged achievement of the following objectives:

1)     Expert evaluation of the results provided by suppliers (contractors, performers) (including reports, reporting materials), stipulated by signed state contracts, in terms of their compliance with the technical specifications (technical requirements) for state.

2)     Expert support to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in events related to the acceptance of results provided by signed state contracts.

The project was completed by November 1, 2021.
