Expert support for the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia in the implementation of activities within the state program "Information Society" (Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, June 2020 - December 2021)

The project’s objective was to enhance the efficiency of planning activities of the state program "Information Society" and quality control of the results of their implementation by conducting external independent examination at all main stages of the project realization - from the stage of project planning and formulation to the stage of acceptance of the work results commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

The following tasks were met to achieve the set objectives:

·        Expert support to the Customer in planning and drafting tender procedures in terms of examining draft technical requirements for lots and determining the initial (maximum) price of state contracts within the implementation of the Program.

·        Expert support for the implementation of competitive procedures in terms of reviewing and evaluating applications for participation in the competition within the implementation of the Program.

·        Examination of the performance figures and monitoring rectification of any comments on work results.

·        Analytical and consulting assistance to the Customer.

The project was implemented in 4 stages and was completed by December 15, 2021.
