Gaidar readings in Piatigorsk

Researchers from Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy, Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration as well as representatives of the North Caucasus federal district will attend the event.
 
At the prenary discussion Irina Starodubrovskaya, director of the Center for Political Economy and Regional Development of Gaidar Institute and Nina Mironova, researcher of the Municipal Development Department will make presentations on land relations and land conflicts in the Republic of Dagestan. Moreover, there will be a round table discussion: "Politics in the North Caucasus: what experts suggest" (moderator - Irina Starodubrovskaya).
 
On 13 April there will be a round table discussion on the problems of federalism for the attendees of the RANEPA's Piatigorsk branch "North Caucasus Academy of Public Administration".
