Irina Tolmacheva took part in debates on university endowments
On 11 November, Irina Tolmacheva, Head of the Legal Department took part in a round table: The Market of University Endowments in Russia: Trends and Prospects sponsored by the Russian Research Institute of Economics, Politics and Law in R&D.
Within the frameworks of the round table, the following issues were discussed: models of university endowments abroad; establishment and management of target capital funds at Russian higher education establishments and research entities; measures contributing to formation of the system of endowments in Russia.
Participants in the debates were representatives of the leading universities, research institutions, funds for support of research activities and federal executive authorities.
