Irina Tolmacheva Took Part in the Debates on the Legislation on Non-Profit Organizations
On 24 November, Irina Tolmacheva, Head of the Legal Department took part in the meeting dedicated to the legislation on non-profit organizations.
The meeting was sponsored by the Lawyers for Civil Society Association and the Branch of the International Center for Non-For-Profit Law in the Russian Federation.
Participants got familiar with new draft laws (on information support of socially-orientated non-profit organizations and voluntary work), the prospects of upgrading of the legislation on non-profit organizations and proposals on management of small business entities and non-profit organizations. Also, preliminary outputs of the research into crowdfunding were discussed.
