Irina Tolmacheva Took Part in the Discussion about NGO risks
On 15 February, the head of the Gaidar Institute legal department Irina Tolmacheva took part in the meeting “Risks for NGOs when Engaging in Public Activities.”
The meeting was organized by Lawyers for the Civil Society association and Russian branch of the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law.
