Irina Tolmacheva Took Part in the Seminar Dedicated to A New Approach to Establishment of Charitable Endowments

On September 23, Irina Tolmacheva, Leading Legal Advisor of the Gaidar Institute took part in the scientific seminar: Philanthropication thru Privatization: A New Approach to Establishment of Charitable Endowments.

The meeting was sponsored by the branch of Evolution and Philanthropy, a not-for-profit organization in Russia with support of the URALSIB management company and the NRU HSE.
