Joint Meeting of the Ye. T. Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy’s Academic Board and EG 15
On 6 July 2011, a joint meeting on the theme ‘Development Institutions and State Corporations’ was held by the Experts’ Group for upgrading Strategy 2020 (Direction ‘Management of State Property and Privatization - Group 15) and the Academic Board of the Ye. T. Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy.
This was the first event that took place as part of Gaidar Readings 2011.
The meeting discussed the problems faced by development institutions and state corporations’. The participants heard reports delivered by Director of the Department for Innovation Development and Corporate Governance of the RF Ministry of Economic Development I.V.Oskolkov ; Director of the Center for Structural Studies of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration A.L. Vedeva ; Head of the Department of Budget Policy of the Ye. T. Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy I.A. Sokolov ; Director for Innovation Development, member of the Open-end Joint-stock Company ROSNANO Yu. A. Udaltsov; senior research fellow of the Center for European Studies of the Institute of World Economy and International Relations under the Russian Academy of Sciences M. V. Klinova. The Experts’ Group’s members and guest specialists offered their comments on the reports.
