— Limiting DeepSeek operations.
— Obligating platforms to pay tips.
— Restricting the sale of personal data.
— Protecting intellectual property rights in AI training.
— Anti-competitive practices online.

Specifically, the International Best Practices Analysis Department found that:
— Regulation of tip payments will become stricter.
— The fight against abuse in digital markets will intensify.
— Control over foreign AI systems will become stricter.

New accreditation rules for IT companies in Russia were also analyzed.
