Monitoring legal regulation of the digital economy
Starting from 2024, the Gaidar Institute has launched a monthly review of international trends in the legal regulation of the digital economy. Timely identification of the key developments and trends in the global practice of regulating the digital sector represents its objective. The scientific and expert analysis allows not only to track current changes, but also to project their potential impact on the development of the digital sector in our country, contributing to the formation of an adaptive and effective strategy of legal regulation in this area. It is released in Russian and English.
