OECD International Conference "Transfer Pricing and Treaties in a Changing World"

On 21-22 September 2009, the OECD held a major conference "Transfer Pricing and Treaties in a Changing World" in Paris, devoted to innovations in the area of transfer pricing regulations with regard to the new economic conditions.

PhD N.Yu. Kornienko, the Head of the Laboratory of the IET Tax Policy took part in the conference. Issues of interpretation the amendments, introduced and developed in 2009 to the OECD Guidelines on transfer pricing for multinational companies and tax administrations, as well as the challenges of improved law enforcement practices of different countries in the area of transfer pricing control.
