Rendering expert support services to the Federal Service for Labor and Employment (January – December 2019)
In late January 2019, Gaidar Institute experts commenced implementing the service contract on rendering expert support to the Federal Service for Labor and Employment.
For effective planning and organization of implementation of state informatization activities, ensuring an objective and independent assessment of work performed under the state contracts concluded by the Federal Service for Labor and Employment in the realization of state informatization activities, accuracy, impartiality and consistency in monitoring results of work performed, control of technically complex solutions at all stages of project implementation should be ensured.
The project’s objectives were to improve the efficiency of planning, technical preparation of state informatization activities and quality control over the implementation performance through external independent expertise at the main stages of project implementation.
To achieve this objective the following main challenges were met: expert examination of the results, support in addressing comments to work results and analytical support of the Customer.
The project was implemented in 2 stages and completed by December 15, 2019.
