On 19 April, Head of the Innovation Economy Department Vera Barinova and senior researcher of the department Stepan Zemtsov presented a paper "Revealing Clusters of High-Tech Small and Medium Companies in Russia" at the 17th April Conference on issues of economic and social development hosted by the NRU HSE.
