Sergei Prikhodko: "The Outflow of capital from Russia is not an effect of the country's accession to the WTO"

On 3 of September 2012 Executive Director of the Gaidar Institute Sergei Prikhodko took part in program "Dialogue" on RBC-TV "WTO: a survival guide".

Russia officially became a member of the world trade organization. Our country became the 156 state that joined the WTO. Experts warn that Russian producers will have to fight for their rights a lot. The abolition of restrictive measures, anti-dumping duties in respect of the Russian goods on foreign markets - the emergence of this measures can take years. Are we willing to play by the rules of the WTO?
