Sergei Tsukhlo’s Speech at the Presentation of a New Research Project

On 11 December, Sergei Tsukhlo, Head of the Business Surveys Department delivered a report at the business breakfast which was held by the Promsvyazbank and the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation where a new research project – PSB Small Business Index (PSBI Index) – was presented.

In cooperation with the Magram Market Research Agency, the Promsvyazbank starts a new project aimed at researching business sentiments on a regular basis in the micro, small and mid-sized enterprises segment. The project is called PSB Small Business Index (PSBI Index) and carried out under the auspices of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and the Opora Rossii, a nationwide public organization of small and mid-sized business.
