The Government calls on to the working Russians to increase the amount of their pensions by means of personal contributions. The Ministry of Finance has developed the draft law on “The Guaranteed Pension Product”, which provides for contributions to be made on a voluntary basis and the guarantee of safety thereof in the long-term prospect. Consequently, the pension reform is opening up new prospects.
