Sergey Tsukhlo: State Enterprises Have not Contributed in the Investment Impоrtsubstitution at All
On 9 June RBC portal published an article by Sergey Tsukhlo, head of the Business Surveys Laboratory, where findings of the business surveys of Russian enterprises were given. The article stated that they were ready to purchase domestic equipment and raw materials instead of the imported one.
