Tailored expert support for the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in implementing activities within the state program “Information Society” (January 2024 - November 2025)

To improve the efficiency of planning activities and control over the results of their implementation, Gaidar Institute will conduct an independent expert review at all major stages of the project realization.

The project will meet the following main challenges within the framework of its realization:

•  Tailored expert support of the Customer in planning and preparation of tender procedures in terms of examination of draft technical requirements (procurements description).

•  Tailored expert support of tender procedures regarding examination and evaluation of applications for tender participation (including in electronic form).

•  Expert examination of the results and supervision of rectification of any case remarks on the work outcome.

•  Customer analytical and consulting support.

The project is to be executed in 4 phases and completed by November 30, 2025.
