On April 2, 2014, Vedomosti newspaper published an article on the effectiveness of the procedure for public discussion of major (worth more than Rb 1bn) public procurement projects written by Director of the Center for Legal Studies Gaidar Institute Anna Zolotariova.

Gaidar Institute, The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) and the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) signed a 1-year trilateral partnership agreement on March 25, 2014.

Pursuant to the document, the Russian part will attend the OECD Forum scheduled for the period of May 5 thru 6, 2014 in Paris. Furthermore, an agreement on participation in joint research projects, workshops, and round tables was achieved.
