On 12 February Head of the Business Surveys Laboratory Sergey Tsukhlo gave an interview to “Liberty” radio station dedicated to the analysis of the Russian industry outlook.

On 12 February 2016, Natalia Kornienko, Head of the Tax System Department delivered the report: Amnesty of Capital: Roulette or Guarantee? at the RBK business-conference -- Tax Maneuvers in 2016: New in Legislation and Practice -- dedicated to topical issues of taxation. On 8 February 2016, Director of Gaidar Institute’s Centre for Structural Research Mikhail Khromov was interviewed at the RBC-TV on the revoked banking license of mid-sized Intercommerz Bank.

Gaidar Institute has taken 31st place among 88 top think tanks in Central and Eastern Europe in the 2015 Global Go to Think Tanks ranking list, which is conducted by the University of Pennsylvania.

Russia’s Vedomosti business daily published on 4 February an article  (“A flat run”) of Head of the Foreign Trade Department Alexander Knobel  in collaboration with Andrei Lipinin, Deputy Director of the Macroeconomic Policy Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). The article analyses the effectiveness of relaxing non-tariff barriers within the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU).
