On 16 March, Natalia Kornienko and Svetlana Guliaeva, Gaidar Institute experts, participated in the RSPP annual tax conference. This year the conference participants discussed 'Deoffshorization in Russia: Implementation of the CFC rules and the way of their improvement'.

On 13–14 March, Natalia Kornienko, Gaidar Institute expert, made a presentation 'Practical application of excise tax administration modern mechanisms in EU countries aimed at clamping down on contraband and counterfeit goods (mechanisms of registration, accounting and control over alcoholic and tobacco products by using system of marking with control (identification) labels in EEU countries') at the international conference held in the city of Bishkek (Kirgiz Republic).
