On September 15, Irina Tolmacheva, Leading  Legal Advisor of the Gaidar Institute took part in the 24th  meeting of the Purpose Capital Club dedicated to the topic: The Legislation for Endowments. The meeting was held at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

On September 12, Alexander Knobel, Head of the International Trade Department of the Gaidar Institute took part in the Razvorot program on the Ekho Moskvy radio station. The program dealt with the issue: "Sanctions Against Russia and Retaliatory Measures: Who Wins?".

On September 1, Vassily Golubev, Governor of the Rostov Region took the floor as an expert at the meeting of the Gaidar Club at the South Russian Institute of Management, a branch of the RANEPA. The meeting took place at the Gaidar Lecture Hall which was opened at the Gaidar readings in May 2014.

On July 30, the Forbes carried an article by Mikhail Khromov, Leading Researcher of the Structural Research Center of the Gaidar Institute dedicated to the consequences of the US and the EU sectorial sanctions to Russia’s banking sector.

On July 25, a joint seminar of experts of the Gaidar Institute and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development was held in Paris, France. The seminar was dedicated to discussion of the methods of analysis of GDP dynamics applied by the OECD.

On July 13–19, experts of the department of sectorial markets and infrastructure of the Gaidar Institute – Andrei Kaukin, Head of the Department, Dmitri Gordeyev, Researcher and Yuri Ponomareyv, Researcher – took part in a series of educational seminars: The Economic and Quantitative Analysis of Energy Markets held by the Summer School of Economics and Finance in Canacei, Italy.
